I (principal applicant) lived in Greece for 2.5 months, do I need to submit a police certificate from Greece?

I am also here again on a work contract, but have only been here 2 weeks. I will, however, be here until April. I am submitting the application next week

This is covered in the checklist document: "The country where you (or they) currently live, if you have lived there for six months or more;".

So no - and as general rule, these are needed for countries where applicants have resided for six months or more.
