How are you guys doing?I have a General question..when I login to access my account on cic I can't see my wife's name and her info..usually when I login I could see all the info but as soon as I link her account to it I can no longer see any info again...I need help with that..has anybody experience the same problem?

Only the principal should link her account into the GCkey account. The sponsor not suppose to. He can only see his/her info on ecas.
Are you referring to mycic account or ecas account?

If using ecas and you enter the sponsor info, You will see both sponsor and applicant info. If u enter applicant info u will see only the applicant info on there.

so how can i unlink myself from the account?on ecas i can but on my cic i cant

I dont think you can unlink an account. You may have to create another account and link hers that way.
