Are you wanting to visit or immigrate?

If your wife is a degree holder, it would be better for her to be the primary applicant. She will probably score higher than you for skilled worker. Without a degree, you are at best a semi-skilled worker, maybe unskilled.

Here is a quiz to help you determin what you qualify for. If you're serious about immigration, have your wife take it as well.

If you're basing your point system on the Federal Skilled Worker, you don't have enough to qualify. You need a minimum of 67 points. If you haven't already taken the self assessment test, here it is:

i want to apply for immigration

regarding the Quiz, i took it and they told me that :
"Based on your answers, you may be eligible in the future to apply as a Federal Skilled Worker. "

and if i want my wife to apply for the immigration, her English isn't very good so she wont take a lot of point for the language.

I would recommend either you finish your degree or have your wife take English classes. If you want to immigrate, her taking English classes is a good idea anyway, because English is spoken in most of Canada as the universal business language. That is, unless you wish to apply to Quebec. Then you could pick French.

Did you take the skilled worker assessment? What was your score there?

my pass mark is 52
:(
so i have to keep up my education to get a full 67 mark
or to get a job offer which can support me with 15 point to match the 67

I wouldn't pin your hopes on a job offer. The job market isn't nearly as good at people say.
