So you got married to your wife after you landed? Or did you get married to her before you landed?

You won't be able to sponsor her. You basically lied when you landed by saying you were single.

Yes, that's called misrepresentation and that could also lead to you losing your visa. You won't ever be able to sponsor your wife because you declared upon landing to be single, which was a huge lie and a big deal to immigration Canada.

Maybe Both of u misunderstand . I mean since I'm apply out of canada that time were single but I have married after my visa approve in my home country , so I just ask about information that I can change my status here in canada or not and I have my SIN and Health ID that I told to government that I'm married already

You told them before you landed that you are married?

You aren't making total sense so let me see if I get this straight.

You got married before you landed as a PR, but you didn't tell the border agent you were married. You DID tell Service Canada?

If that's true, you are not going to be able to sponsor your wife. HOWEVER

If you said you were married before you landed as a PR, then you would have had to wait to put your wife on your application.

Ask long as you weren't married when you FIRST came in to Canada as a PR, you are fine.
But if you got married before coming in to Canada, even if you have your Visa before getting married, then that will be a misrepresentation.

The OP isn't a PR. He came to Canada on a TRV. His status according to that TRV was single.

Oh ok, that makes a difference then. I wonder what TRV holders can do for their spouses to come to Canada?

Please confirm the following dates as it's difficult to understand what you're saying:

Date you got approved for skilled worker TRV:
Date you officially landed in Canada with TRV:
Date you got married:

Approved on 2mar2013
Married on 8 mar 2013
Landed on 17mar2013
And since I'm make the Sin and Health insurance by government I told them that I'm married to put on my file but dint change with CIC and want her to try to apply out of canada

What do you mean by "want her to try to apply out of canada"? Apply as what?
