Hello
Currently, i am so puzzled about the choice of which school i should attend:
A:NAIT Electrical engineering
pro:1: It`s a famous institution in Edmonton, some residents said that it`s easy to get a job there(but i think this only apply for the local people, for international students it must be very hard to get a job no matter what are you studying).
2: As edmonton has a positive economy pospect, it has a lot of constructions there, which means some skilled workers( such as electrical engineering technologist and civil engineering technologist) will be highly demand.
con 1: The program has no co-op, which means you can not gain relavant working experience during your study.
2: The Nait said they accept 90 students to enroll in this program, which seems abit more, more than the market`s demind.
B: SIAST engineering design and drafting
pro:1: It has co-op, so i can gain experience during my study.
2: saskatchewan has a good economy condition, and the competition there seems not as hot as alberta.
con: 1: some people said that now most canadian company won`t hire draftperson anyore, they prefer to outsource the work.
so if it was you, then which school you will choice?
thanks
