I need some advice

My wife is a refugee in Canada - PR Application Status (In process -we sent you correspondence on September 16, 2020) Her health is very worrying since last months she not well at all, Wondering if anyone gives me advice on how can I visit my family in light of this closure related to the Covid-19 pandemic, I've visa to Canada valid until 2023.

If you have a valid visa and she has been accepted as a refugee, you should be able to board a plane and enter. Make sure you have solid proof the travel is essential (like a letter from an attending physician).
