I NEED HELP WITH REGARDS TO MY DEPENDENT SISTER.THANKS

hi!i'm from the philippines. i am a permanent resident here in Canada.i would like to seek advice with regards to my youngest sister. i am the one supporting her and paying for her education.she is now 1st yr college taking up chemical engineering in Phils. our mom passed away 5 yrs ago and since then ive been the one looking after her. she is 17 turning 18 this november. our dad can't look after her for he have undergone a major heart surgery.i treated my sister as my eldest daughter and we always take her with us to all our trips in phils and abroad. i'll be getting my 2 other kids from the philippines and i am worried about my sister.i want her to be with us so i can guide and look after her.is there any way i can get her? whats the best thing for me to do? should i adopt her ?get her study permit or can i sponsor her? thank u so much!

I believe she is to old for you to adopt, the best way would prolly be to try and get her a study permit...

You cannot sponsor her. I agree the study permit seems like the best way to go.
