Hello I'm from Algeria and recently I've submitted an online application for a study permit.
First of all, I've created my clegc account on the 29th June and I submitted my app on the 2nd August. Before submitting (around 15th July I checked my account and I've seen that the fees are 235 CAD and everything was cool) but when I submitted on the 2nd August I only paid 150 CAD (excluding the biometrics fees) And now I've been waiting for the past 4 days for the bio notification and I don't think it's going to be sent. Please, I don't know what to do, I've contacted the VFS Global in my country and they've told me that it never happened before and if I want to pass the bios I'll need that pdf so I'm stuck. I've contacted the Canadian Embassy in France and they haven't replied yet. Any solutions? suggestions?
