Hi guys I just wana ask u some question and hope somebody can give me an answer.im sponsoring my sons back home.my question is what's gonna happen if he got his permanent resident but he hasn't ready to come to Canada because he wants to finish his elementary .whats gonna happen to his status as a pr

He would have to come land then go back home finish his schooling then come back . Just make sure he is not out of the country for more than 2 years. When he comes back to has to stay to fulfill his residency .You will have to wait for a member that know the complete numbers of days to has to be in Canada , but i do know he can leave once he gets his pr.

Can't be out of the country for more than three years. Must be in Canada for 2 years out of 5 years.
