I Need Help I didn't received a conformation email from CIC :(

Hi There,

I applied my application online on January 28th " Renew Study permit ". I didn't get an conformation email from CIC. It's mentioned in the CIC site that we will receive a confirmation page after we paid the fee. I am wondering if it's that normal to take this time because there is days left to transmit my application. My application doesn't submit util now.

I sent an email to Canadian embassy in Riyadh regarding for this issue and they refereed me to Help center!! I also send an email to CIC Question@cic.gc.ca , no one answer.

Plz guys let me know if that is normal and do I need to wait until they send me the conformation page? . or What I have to do cuz they didn't received a call outside Canada

Don't email question(at)cic.gc.ca always email the CIC office in your country. Check CIC website for the email address.
Email them and explain your situation. Make sure you state your UCI and App# if possible.

No, you don't get a confirmation email. You will be either be send a new permit in the mail or a refusal.
