22 points - provided that your Diploma and BS is from a recognized issuing authority in its country. Let others also comment on it.

Obtained a master’s or Ph.D. and completed at least 17 years of full-time education or full-time equivalent studies - this would fetch 25 points only

I think u will get 20 points as per EG7 & op06 as it is given that;

'Obtained a university degree of two years or more at the bachelor's level and completed at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies'---20 Points


Obtained a three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship (other than university) and completed at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies--22 ponits


I think for computer engineering one will get 20 points as it is 'university degree' instead of a "Diploma or trade Certificate" though the total length to complete education is 15 years (excludes 2 yr for diploma)

I guess PG diploma will be of no marks in this case cuz for only postgraduate university degree CHC grant any points.
