hello! I just joined here and i need an advice since i am a new applicant for working visa.
My husband and i are both filipino. My husband got annulled in the philippines. After the annulment we got married, also in the Philippines but we don’t have a copy of the annulment paper because we submitted everything in order for us to be certified and we are already registered legally and we got our marriage certificate certified by psa/nso. Now my working permit is in the process just me alone and since i declare it on the form that he was previously been married, is it possible that the immigration will ask a copy of the annulment paper even if i put married on the application providing with our marriage certificate authenticated?
Please help!
