I need advice on informing cic about my step daughter

Fellow forum members I thank you all for the advice. I have gotten the necessary documents to support our clame but I don't know which means to follow in informing CIC. I intend sending a mail to CIC of an urgent notice informing them of an additional member of the family and send copies of the supporting documents together with IMM 5604 through courier service before informing the visa office in Ghana. A friend advised I just fill and online application for her and Ind our UCI number but I told him our application was summited through a courier service as instructed by CIC. Please I need all your advice on the step by step to follow in this issue.

If you received sponsorship approval already, you can send an email to the Visa Office assigned to your application with the documents and mention that a physical copy will be arriving shortly.
