I missed my canadian citizenship ceremony, I sent IRCC email and only kept getting reply" your file is up to date" but it has been 5 months. My PR card will be expired in 60 days and I am outside of canada. Anyone can pls pls give me some advice what should I do ?

You'll get one and only one other chance at a ceremony. The second invitation is usually a final notice, and if you miss it, well, your citizenship application will be considered abandoned and you'll need to start the process from scratch.
So, the only advice you really need : don't miss the second ceremony.

Everything else is simple, really :
1) You're outside Canada and your card will expire soon? Well, come back. You don't want to start a PRTD process on very short notice and miss the ceremony again.
2) Sometimes, IRCC doesn't reschedule when the applicant is outside Canada. Let them know when you're back and provide proof (the plane ticket will do).
3) Apart from point 2 above, it usually takes a few weeks to a few months for a second invitation. You're getting there. Wouldn't surprise me you get your ceremony very soon after you're back, or maybe even before you do.
