Hi
I have filed an outland spousal sponsorship and I was asked to re-submit Schedule A IMM5669 lately. In the instruction, VO noted if I have additional information that I would like to supply I can attach it together with the IMM5569 schedule A.
It really confused me when it comes to personal history and activity part. Is a school offer the same as an ongoing educational activity?
FYI, I received a Canadian graduate school admission offer but my work visa prohibits me to study in Canada. So I attached the school letter but explained the situation. I also marked personal activity as employment while my status in Canada as a worker.
Will IRCC scrutinize my application on the ground I attached a post-grad offer letter? (I'm not so familiar with the study permit, I am working, already graduated years ago. but I want to clarify I'm not breaching my work permit )
My concern is will IRCC delay my background check and ask me for WES evaluation and degree etc.. I suppose there are no specific requirements for educational credentials in terms of the family class.
any thoughts on this?
Would appreciate your input
