I lost my UCI number.

Hi All,
I have lost my rejection letter and I don't have UCI number, or anything, I just have my application number and date when I applied for visit visa application. Now I want to UCI number. Please help me on how can I get UCI number?

You don't have to put in any UCI number. Leave it blank if you don't know.

So what do you want to do with your wife’s UCI number? You can’t use it yourself. Your wife’s UCI number is not your UCI number.

I already gave you the answer. Leave it blank. Simple enough.

I applied for a multiple visa, I mean to enter Canada as a tourist, in 2015.

Unfortunately I haven't received any email including any information about my application result since then. Now that I want to apply again for the tourist visa to Canada I need my case that time to be cleared.
