Then what is stopping you from applying for asylum in the USA if you have been their five years ? If you truly have political and religious reasons then do it there.

I did not apply for asylum in America
Personally reading this thread seems the advice has been exhausted . If you want to try claiming asylum from the US the legal way for you is to apply for a TRV to come to Canada as a visitor and then try to proceed from there or apply for immigration to Canada. Alternatively you could just return to your home country and take your asylum chances from there
Other than those options nobody here is going to suggest any other option for you but the fact you have been studying in US for so long and still studying then success seems unlikely simply due to political / religious reasons.
