I have funding for 1st year, so do I need to submit fees for SDS application

Hi,

I am an international student from India, I have an admit from University of Calgary in the Master of Fine Arts Course, Fall semester 2022. Its a two year program and I have funding from the university for the first year. Can I apply for SDS without submitting 1st year fees?
