I really dont know about it, Iam a Canadian citizen and I married to Indian on video call and its a Islamic marraige.

I have all the paper work and I my name is also in her passport as a Spouse.

Please, suggest me what should I do ?

Should I apply for visit visa and marry here again here?

Please guide me.

If I can go one day for marriage, is it ok ?

What should I collect for the proof of marriage? Could u please guide me?
Look at what you need for proof of marriage from India. Tell your partner to do some research. Then you will need to explain to IRCC the genuineness of the marriage since you did a proxy marriage (how long together, photos, lived together etc.).

Yes I understand. Ill arrange all the proof. Thank u soo much for your time.

Yes. No issue. It can be done. Just have to spend money, will do it as no other option.

Why no other option? Many people (including Canadian citizens) go to places like Bali (Indonesia) to get marry there.

You may actually need to get divorced to get remarried and have your in person marriage be recognized. As already mentioned time spent together in person is highly valued by IRCC when it comes to proof of being in a relationship/marriage.
