Should I file for Pr with cec application based on these points that I have attained recently with my ielts score. I see draws from this year are all above 470!!! You think it’s wise to apply with 463 points.

It's not a choice you make to apply with the points you have, you enter the pool and then you receive an invitation if you meet the minimum CRS score for each round.

If you ever get an invitation, it's of course wise to apply if you goal is to become a Canadian PR.

It's also wise to enter the pool if you want to ever have the chance to receive an invitation to apply.
