Focus instead on qualifying and applying to immigrate through an economic immigration program like Express Entry.

You can’t. You don’t have work authorization. So you need to find a legitimate job offer from a Canadian employer who then applies for a LMIA. This is extremely difficult unless you have a specialized skill. If you are looking at immigrating to Canada, then focus on Express Entry first.
