Ok guys i'm very confused about one thing. How come we can send medical attached with the documents, but when v have to send later the medical is sent directly to the embassy through online system by the medical centre? why cant they just give us the results and we mail it ourselves to our embassy? How does that work? and second thing is if we haven't sent our medical with the documents then do v wait until our embassy asks us for it or we can send it it anytime/before they ask us for it?

Regarding your last question, I asked this already to Singapore VO, as my wife and I plan to have a baby but we cannot do a remedical while she's pregnant, so we wanted to give them a new medical exam before they request it, then get pregnant.

They answered back and said we have to wait until they request medical first, then we send.

Thank you for your response, i had sent them an email asking them if i can send them the medical or wait for them to ask and they also said to wait until they ask...but then i see everybody has submitted it along with their documents so i got worried if i have to send in right now or still wait...but i guess now i will wait for them. Thank you...

It is not results, it is just reports of the test done, for VO to analize themselves (i think). The Medical team gives you an unique number UMI....on a receipt kind of thing, which you can attach with the application. The medical will be picked up by the CIC using the barcode on the sheet - which also having your passport details etc. i think the whole process is paperless so there is no snail mail involved in this process. you have to do through the cic approved physician.

Yes, the embassy will ask you. But if you dont have any reason not to do the medical, it hardly takes few hours. it is an easy process - i would get it done. it will reduce the hassle later. If you VO has long wait period - they will either ask you to do remedicals or ask you to land before the medicals expire.
