A diploma or certificate is usually considered a lower level than a master's. Why would you want to attend a course with lower credentials than you already completed? You will easily get admitted to the course. It is the visa where you will get stuck.

I want to do the Graduate Certificate after masters because I'm not satisfied with what I learned here so want to study more in depth and the course I liked is under Graduate Certificate. Will a strong SOP can help me with visa?

Only a strong SOP will help. It is not impossible, but very difficult to convince the vo as to why you are applying for a lower certification course.

Don't try to hide your previous education history. If you do, and the visa office discover it, you can expect a 5 years ban for misrepresentation.
