I Had 11 months and 15 days of experience and had almost 3 hours of overtime each during all these days and since my classes were about to start in Canada I gave notice which led me not to complete 1 year exactly and now I'm losing 30 points. Is there any way I can explain to the IRCC officer and show my overtime hours to be include for the sake of making it into 1 year for CEC and I have all my payslips and documents to state my over-time hours that I did through out my job. Please guide me on this. Thanks

You need one calendar year of work, not just hours.

Overtime hours cannot be used to create additional weeks of experience. Unfortunately you are two weeks short of having 1 year of work experience.

So even If I can support the 1560 hours statement they would see the days is what you're saying right?

Correct. Having 1560 hours is not sufficient to meet the requirements of having one year of work experience.

You need one year of calendar experience AND 1560 hours. You don’t have a calendar year.
Also currently I'm in winnipeg and I did my Masters of Finance in Halifax so if I move to Halifax and work over there for 1 year would get me PNP? My work permit expires on Nov 2026

Read rules for PNP there. There are several paths. Probably need job offer with designated employer.

I'm currently working at RBC and I could move to halifax internally
RBC doesn’t support PNPs so know which stream you are eligible for since NOC is not in demand.. Look at immigration numbers for NS as all provinces are cutting quotas.

I'm looking for the PNP express entry stream

is french easy to learn in 1 year? should I go with TCF/TEF kindly guide me
You need CLB 7 (B2 intermediate - advanced) so if you don’t know any French then probably not. You need to dedicate yourself to immersing yourself in the language.
