Process goes like as below,

We received your application for permanent residence on May 4, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 3, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on June 8, 2009. The New Delhi office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on October 28, 2009.

I have done Medical on 7th Nov and sent the Passport on the same day.

Even my passport reached CHC New Delhi on 7th November 09. What's your ecas shows now? If it has changed, then when?

It still says the same In process which last changed on when I got my Medical and PPR.

And I want to tell one more thing to u guys that I have contacted CHC ND When I was waiting for my medical request by mail and they replied on the next day and they sent medical request on email only first and then they sent it to me by post. so there is no fact in people thinks that email enquire delay the process....
