I got this Email from VO Rome.Need Help

This Email was sent on 21 March 2017
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

Ø XXXXXXXXX - (My name):
Ø > Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination This must be received at this office by: 2017/05/20
Ø > Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate : from XXXXX. This must be received at this office by: 2017/03/20 (I think that the date is a mistake because the email was sent to me on March 21.)


Please note:
All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable.

The above information/documents must be received in our office within 60 days from the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the Embassy at the address indicated below.

I would submit the documents to the office in Rome by courier, if they want a scanned copy then let them do it for you

Police certificate - send original copy by courier.
Medical results will be sent electronically by the Physician.

The panel physician will send the results electronically yes, but the PA would have to send a copy of 'medical exam attendance', stamped by the physician.

Medical will be electronically anyway.

PC, send the original with English/French translation by courier with tracking and signature on delivery, and write your application number on the envelope (keep a scanned copy before you courier just in case).

I did the same with Bucharest visa office.
