RIP my friends.

Visa refused after AIP, on eligibility reasons. Never felt so hopeless as a Pakistani. Didn't defer. Didn't do anything that would make them reconsider my stage 1 approval.

IELTS: 8.0
Program: Bachelor's in CompSci, University of Windsor.

And yes, rejected on the same reasons they provide to everyone - especially after AIP.

Yes, I applied under SDS. I have no previous refusals. My medical and biometrics passed months ago. No criminal record, nothing.

Doesn't seem like fraud.. but I think IRCC has changed letter from Approval in Principle to moved on to the next stage where someone can get an Approval or Refusal. I just noticed this in the letter that I received.

AIP is a toilet paper. Intact, it is more dangerous than receiving refusal. AIP holders should not express too much joy. It looks to me like a trap. The possibility to see your cash blown off is very high. Can we know the reason for the refusal?

So they're doing that so people won't be hoping on getting final approval, since they're using eligibility for refusal

So sorry to hear that! :( Please share your refusal letter and AIP. Just not sure how the skeptics will believe you because they keep on saying cases like these are fake.

Why will IRCC use eligibility as rejection when they already provided AIP? The person didnt defer or change course or DLI. There was no reason for reassessing his eligibility. AIP is getting more scary than a straight out refusal
i believe AIP is just a way to say, "Your file has not been lost yet"
