Actually u applied for temporary visa.
1. Your fund was not sufficient or u didn't explain properly
2. Your relative in Canada is not well settled.
3. U didn't explain correctly the reason for stay
and returning schedule. About leaving canada.
4. Travel history

And some more reasons.
Better u apply next time through SINP EE or OID for permanent residence

So what I can do in this case
 
I am not a lawyer. I am also a SINP nominee PR applicant and waiting for Visa after Medical completion.
 
You can apply every month. Some people get success after 6-7 attempts for Student visa and Temporary visa.
