i got PPRF yesterday, and issue is that i am going to dubai to join my new job, my employer asked to join within this week

now what i do, because if i send my passport to CIC for visa stamping then it will take 3-4 weeks,

Can u suggest how i can receive my passport within 2-3 days from CIC canada then i can save my job in dubai

you will have definitely 1 month from CHC for sending your passport
use that and after finishing formalities with your new employer do that.

but I have doubt that it will create bad impression in your new
employer mind because as your are joining new job ur saying

Sending Passport to India from Dubai is a Crime :-[

This is not advisable in my opinion.

How about asking CHC straight away ? You might get an option to Submit your PPT. to Dubai CHC...

What is wrong in trying.
