Congratulatinx to those who got ITA.
Can plz anybody suggest me hw to get LMIA??
Whe is the next draw scheduled?
Does anybody stand a chance < 400 points for ita?

Convince your employer to apply Lmia that will support your EE application if he's not willing to support go find another employer. There's a higher chance of getting an ITA with the 600 additional points.

You did not. The cutoff score for this round was above 850 but I guess you can check it in your MyCIC account.

Does it say in the message that you qualified for both: CEC and FSW? I'm just asking because you seem the only person who got ITA for CEC :o congrats

The message says FSW as I mention earlier
Cheers!

I am eligible for both FSW and CEC but got invited to apply for FSW. I am not well prepared for FSW at the moment with the documents and ECA. Should I consider declining this invitation and wait for an invitation under cec?

No one should've gotten ITA through PNP for this round because the PNP EE Stream is not even out yet; however, we should see more applicants with PNP nomination for the next few rounds, for most of the EE PNP Programs should be out sometime in February.

Nope, I received an ITA through PNP (BC PNP) on Jan 31. My score is 944.

I also qualified for CEC, but once the BC PNP office processed my application and I accepted the nomination it increased my score 600 points.

Nice even i got in FSW stream, so do we have to provide work experience letters of all the companies.

Hey guys.

Ok so I just chatted with my lawyers. Apparently, once you receive your ITA, you will have 60 days to submit all the documents - like we already know. Once you submit all the documents, you will again wait for the acknowledgment of receipt.

So it seems ITA arrived extremely fast to all of you who got in, but does someone knows how long will you wait for AOR after you submit all the documents in this Express Entry system?

In the old systems I know latest AOR processing times were around 12-14 weeks. I hope with express entry it will be faster.

My LMIA is expiring in May so I just want to see how much time will all this take. Also for you guys to know, if someone is in the same situation like me this is how it will work:

1) You will get ITA
2) You will submit your documents (the sooner, the better)
3) You will wait for AOR (hopefully it won't take a long time)
4) If your AOR arrives before your LMIA expires you will be eligible to apply for bridging visa until you get your PR. (If your LMIA expires before you receive AOR, CIC won't count 600 points from LMIA).

Timing is everything in this immigration game.

Does anyone has some info on all of this?
