Only your name got flagged up, your family's didn't (good news!). Do your FP asap, else your family's processing also would be delayed.
 
At least not at this time. Your spouse could still get one if they require it in the future.

FP request are issued as per individual record. Usually the birth date and gender of the applicant can trigger a request if there is a criminal record with same birth date and gender matches. This is to separate the applicant's record and confirm that the applicant is not the same person on criminal file. Anyone can change their names but they can't change their fingerprints and gender.
