Hi, I am cuttentl have work permit for 20hr beyond student permit visa.
But i will be no longer as a student in canada but still I have student permit visa and working permit.
Can i work when the student permit visa until its expired? Or shoud I have to change to visitor visa

If you are going to stop attending school then you also have to stop working. You can only work as long as you remain a full time student.

If you want to remain in Canada, you should apply to change your status to visitor and stop working as soon as you stop attending school.

There is no such work permit that allows you to generally work beyond 20hrs as a student. Also follow what @scylla said. Visitor visa is obviously a temporary thing as well.
