Your timeline is still really fast compared to others - your sponsor approval was late, end of August, so you are really lucky to be as far as you are. I would hold off on calling them just yet.. I know you want to start panicking, but just wait a few more weeks and I'm sure you will have some news. Calling or bothering them at this stage won't help at all.

Well, looks like you went to in-process 10 days after them, then they got DM on the 23 and 26, so 26 plus 10 days.. that would be Feb 9th for you and now it's the 22.. that's 13 more days. So you're a bit slower then them all across the board, but it still seems pretty good. I don't think there's any real reason for these things, you should have your DM soon enough! Are you worried about your case?

thats not what my lawyer said when i asked him that...
he told me if they issue my visa before the medicals expire it doesnt matter anymore if they expired i can land also after that.. is he bullshiting me?

Not sure if different VO's do this part differently. The last few posts are from Manila applicants, what happens is... in the VISA that they give you (us), IT is given a matching expiry date to that of the submitted medical on file. So for eg our medical expired April 18, and as a result the "visa" was subsequently set to expire on April 18 as well.

hi..to all..i just send my documents and passport from canada manila in the address in thier website how..can you sure that..they recieve safely our documents because its immportant documents they said in lbc that..POSTED STATUS : RELEASED TO REPRESENTATIVE S/G BERONIA .....so..nothing to worry it will be there? thanks! because i been waiting so long in many error just not recieving mail from embassy asking my passport month ago..its already wasting time..luckily they answer to my email and i recieve another 45days and now..everything is finish i already send but want to make sure my documents is safe and not lost hehhehehehe!!

Yes they receive your request. My wife she receive a call yesterday. They said you have you visa and he will expire april 19. Come get your passport in makati march 7, and bring receipt of flight ticket ... do you thin k its like an interview?

Congrats! Once they see her flight ticket they will give her the visa. She will have to prove to them (with the tix) that she will land before her medical expires on April 19. This has happened to a few Manila applicants this year.
