I do not have my 12 std diploma, is submitting 12 std marksheet enough for CEC Express entry

i am applying for CEC Express Entry I have a Masters Degree from Canadian university. I do not have my 12 std diploma certificate from Maharshtra State Board. Is it ok if I only upload my 12 std marksheet? Will that affect my application? Please any inputs are appreciated
