I did work after getting my completion letter before applying for work permit

Hi i am really worried cause
I completed my studies on feb 11 2023 and i was working at a place but i applied for my work permit on may 11.
So i got my correspondence letter yesterday and they are reviewing my application and i am really worried of the outcome .
Please let me know if anybody has gone through the same situation and got their work permit approved.

So what has been your status since February 2023? Your study permit expires 90 days after graduation so are you out of status/illegal in Canada?

I am on applied status right now and my study permit is valid till july 31.
I am just worried that i worked for 3 weeks after i got my completion letter but i had not applied for the work permit.
I got the correspondence letter on 22nd july
I am worried

Should i call IRCC and ask them about my application
Or i should just wait?
I still haven’t got my approval
I am just so confused.
