I can't link my previous application to the new account

Hello everyone, I forgot my GC KEY username, so I made a new account, but I put all the information (Name, UCI, passport, etc) and it shows this message: "Based on the information you entered, we found no applications" but there is actually an application, and the data is correct... do you guys know what happen? Thanks.

May be you should try again with another option to retrieve the application.
