Unable to login in Ontario E-portal with error

"Error. Please try again. If you continue to encounter problems, please email the ministry for assistance."
How long have you been facing this issue?
I have been at it for the last 45 minutes, growing restless with each passing minute. Just need to upload 1 document and there it goes!
 
I was able to login 5 hours back. It was working flawlessly. But when i tried to login again somewhere 4 hours back, it said that the Ontario Portal is under maintenance. However, now it has gone rogue. Giving me this error now.

It was working fine for me up until a couple hours back, I went out for some work, got back home, logged in and then boom!
Problem is, it's my last day also! Ever since the error started showing up I have been waiting anxiously.
 
Send them email right away. Don't delay it. I guess you can not make new ONE key as well ?

Oh, I have! I haven't recieved any response or confirmation yet.
And there's no point in trying to make a new one key. I even went so far to try calling them on a weekend which obviously went unanswered. I just hope it's a technical issue and there's a relaxation or extension at the end of it.
 
Why ? Have you tired setting up a dummy account? Like fake account. I am thinking to make one, to access if their system is working or not for other users.

Looks to me like it isn't since you're are here and so is one more person, but I guess there's no harm in trying as there's nothing else to do!
And because you're already trying, kindly keep us posted here if and when there are any updates. In the meantime I have my fingers crossed for any correspondence to my email.

I doubt they will respond during weekend.

I managed to make a dummy ONe key as new applicant. Gave me the error of Messageboard=0msg and by clicking sitemap tab, gave me the same old error. Error, please try later. Contact ministry ...

So that means, their system is broken somehow

Same here! I have everything pinned on this one. It'll be a shame if I can't submit the application. I was looking elsewhere on the internet and found out that they've leased it out to a private vendor, it is such a failure on their part to not be able to manage the website properly and keep it running. I sincerely hope that we don't suffer due to someone else's lack of capability.
