On February, I received an email from the immigration regarding my sponsorship for parents program. They asked my parents to provide their police clearance back home. So we went to Philippine consulate to get it started and then I sent the remaining papers to my aunt in the Philippines and they received it after 1 week back home. My aunt was processing my parents police clearance when COVID-19 happened...it was the beginning of lock down. My aunt told me that they’ll be back to normal on April 1st but then it got extended again. They’re still lockdown at the moment in the Philippines.
Should I call the immigration and let them know what’s going on? I’m worried...
