CIC received my application for Outland common law on March 9/16 and today I have received an email which I believe is AOR saying they received my application. I was just wondering how long it takes to receive an answer about sponsorship approvel from here. Thank you

Every application is individual, no one could say when exactly.

Assessment of sponsor is now 36 days: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp. The best timeline is what was prevailing at the time you sent in your application. Most probably it was the 47 days.
