I am 28 yrs old, Female.
I have an IELTS band of 8. Reading and Writing = 7.5 and Listening=9 and Speaking=8
My WES verified my degrees as Bachelors and Masters degrees.
I have 5 yrs continuous experience in Administration and HR, I would say my NOC is 1221 or 1222/ Administrative Officer, Executive Assistant.
I do not have any experience in Canada.
No Spouse. and No relatives in Canada.
I do not mind landing in any province.
Have enough money for 1 person (me as the applicant)

After filling all of the above, My CRS score is a 0, which does not make sense to me, I understand a low score but not a 0, can it be an error in the system? Should I contact the website for technical errors or should I apply again? Thank you for any help.

Yeah, feels like a glitch. Try again and see what happens.

Oh you already created a GCKey account. No, in that case, double check your answers. You may have entered something incorrectly and the system is calculating the score accordingly. If you're unable to find it, post every question and answer here and we'll help you out.

Yes I created a GCKey, and submitted all the information for Express Entry but my score turned out to be a 0. I cannot understand why. Can I create a new account? and submit again?

You can edit your profile in your existing account.

If they have deemed your profile ineligible, you can't edit that profile now, but you can submit a new profile on the same account. It sounds like you may have mis-entered something and they deemed you ineligible for some reason. You don't need to say you've applied before, and it's not something negative. Lots of people have made mistakes filling out their profile.

You should check your answers carefully, or post them here, and we may be able to help you find what is causing it.

find another person to check. sometimes you cannot spot the obvious error by yourself. the system may underestimate your score, but never turn into a ZERO. check the input again carefully. it is your business.

Yes, use the same gckey. For example I accidentally submitted a profile when my ECA wasn't completed, so I have the ineligible profile still in there, along with one that says "invitation received." I just take it as a constant reminder to check very carefully.

There are definitely people online here all the time, maybe not the same ones.

Yeah, there's always someone around on this forum. And you don't need to say "Yes" to the "Have you previously applied" question. Creating a profile isn't the same as applying - that comes much later, after you've been invited and actually submitted an application.

Let us know how it goes. Good luck.
