It will certainly be taken as official CIC shows 9 applications only for this NOC.
If everything is fine with your application and the process goes smooth, you will get your PER in around 90-120 days. It might happen faster but you better stay patient.

3111 is specialist physician

3112 is GP

i hope it will be taken
i did more efforts for that
but as i think i dont have big chance as i am late
