I applied for caq extension last month but I got 4 months caq only from Jan 2023 to April 2023 but my study is going to complete on June what to do ?

I applied for caq extension last month but I got 4 months caq only from Jan 2023 to April 2023 but my study is going to complete on June what to do ? can I apply for work permit or again for caq
