Hi all,
In the EE profile, I selected YES under the question 'Have you applied to IRCC before' because the second question required my old express entry and I thought I should answer YES. By the way, I never applied to IRCC for visa, work permit or any other purpose in the past.

I received ITA now and in the Question in e-APR form "Have you applied to IRCC before?" I am going to answer NO
Does this change between EE profile and APR affect my application?

And also because I do not have a UCI, the system shows "in progress" instead of complete. How to deal with UCI in e-APR application.

Any advice is really appreciated.

It is 448.
Decline this ITA, create another EE profile and mention correct details, You will get ITA at 448 definitely in next invitation of rounds.

Thank you for the reply. I will try submitting eAPR without UCI as it is not mandatory information and explain in LOE about change to answer. If the system did not allow me to submit eAPR, I will consider your suggestion.

Just an update:
I will be adding LOE for No to the question regarding applying to IRCC before.
The system was not showing "in progress" due to UCI but due to additionally inserted row under nationalities.
