I am working as a self employed person since 2014 . How can I apply for PR, am I even eligible ?

I completed my bachelors in 2012 and worked till early 2014.since then I'm working as a self employed person with a multi level marketing company .Since I do not have a work experience from 2014 onwards, how can I apply for PR, or study in Canada ?
