Second draw was 818. I stand at 509 and i am very sure that i will get ITA if not now then in a couple of months.

You're very close, and there will be a lot more draws. Frankly, with a score like that, you have nothing to worry about - I wish my score was as high!

The first draw was 886.
from 1200 --> 886 only 779 people qualified. ( obviously, scoring above 1100, you've to be godly! lolzzz)

Second draw was 818.
from 886 --> 818, 779 people qualified.
Ity means, there are more people in the 800's than between 900-1200.
Hence, the lower the CRS goes, 4 times more pleople are probable to qualify as compared to its previous CRS Score-Rank.

If, CIC keeps up the 779 number alive, the drop might only be somewhere in the high 790's, that's my opinion.

Your logic has two flaws
1. You forget about new profiles. I think almost every minute someone enters the pool.
2. You think, that scores are evenly distributed, which is clearly untrue.

I Agree that there would be new profiles. But how many ??
Keeping into consideration that only 1200 LMIAs were issued last year and PNps for EE aren't even totally out as yet, How many new profiles are you expecting?

The key word is "some". Very few. Don't forget that many employers don't want to go to the trouble of getting LMIA. And 70% of LMIA applications are rejected. And this process can take months. Keep your hopes up, man, you'll likely get an ITA before March ends.

They can do draw for specific range to qualify for CEC.

The 600 points for job and pnp is set so, who have that, always get preference in every draw.
To get LMIA, is difficult and takes months, and after going to know about EE system in December, many people started but they will get LMIA after 6-8 months or may be get rejected.
means, I am sure, they have some plan for all applicants who have score in 350-550.

So according to me, everyone will get chance who have Canadian experience and good qualification. But after some months..
