I am microsoft exchange admin still i can apply 2281 network technician

I am microsoft exchange admin this allow me to apply in 2281 network technician
my job duties is the same of system administrator but my company won't change my job title to be system admin. so is this will make a problem
is there somebody has similar case

Hi,

Do you think these responsibilities is ok for a System Admin:

• Troubleshoot and Administer end user’s network account on the servers to ensure proper authentication and authorization.
• Work on tickets that were escalated by the first level support at the call center and provide problem solving solutions and/or work around.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis to ensure effective resolution by making changes on the server administration consoles and avoid re-occurrence of the issue.
• Follow up on pending tickets to ensure proper issue resolution and closure.
• Adhere to service level agreement (SLA) by closely monitoring the metrics indicating levels of service thereby ensuring high availability.
