I got PNP then i applied for pr after my work permit got expired and then my employer gave me LMIA NUMBER to extend my work permit so i went to toronto from PEI to renew my paspport so that i can apply for work permit after getting my new passport i was travveling back to PEI but in the middle of my way near QUEBEC my gps took me to US border and i told them that my gps took me here i will take another way to reach PEI,but US officerschecked evrything and put the refused entry to US and handed me over to CBSA, i was on RESTORATION PERIOD of 90days.so CBSA told me that within restoration period u can not leave the country so they gave me EXCLUSSION ORDER.Its tottly bad luck i dint do anything .i dint cross the border ,i was honest so i told them that my gps took me here they accepted but the put the refused entry even i wasnt asking to enter into US.
Well now i m wondering what will happen to my PR file...?
Will it get refused....?

Can you absolutely confirm that you have received an "Exclusion Order"? Where are you now and where are you going?

If you really have received an "Exclusion Order", it's probably bad news for your PR application. You need to be talking to an immigration lawyer about your options.

With an Exclusion Order, you cannot return to Canada for one year.

• If you do wish to return before the 12 months have passed, you must apply for an ARC.
• If an exclusion order has been issued for misrepresentation, you cannot return to Canada for five years.
• If the CBSA paid for your removal from Canada, you must repay that cost.

Yes i got an Exclusion order...i was going to prince edward island from toronto.
Right now am in toronto.
I got this exclusion order last year in septmber.since then i applied a case for pre removal risk assesment.and today i got negative respons

You need a lawyer to help you not a public forum given longer goes on the more trouble you are accumulating.
