Hi:

I am extremely worried...sleepless...continuous thinking.....

I applied on 24th May and received my 2nd AOR on 23th July....My IELTS ....and this is my only problem....is low.....When I went to my exam,I was extremely sick and very exhausted.....so I get 5.5 for L, 5.5 FOR R,6 for S, and 6.5 for W.....my overall is 6....

Some friends here told me that this is sooooooo dangerous,,,,,and most likely u ll be rehected.....

is that right???

in this way: what must I do????

please advice.....

Dear friend,

For the case of FSW, yes it is risky. You may go for your 2nd attempt and try to achieve a band score of 7.0
May other seniors also advice...!

Sometime back the Visa Offices rejected applications on the ground of low proficiency in English( they scored near about 6 band), despite the fact that they were above 67/100. All of them were under occupation : teachers. If someone is a cook and he scores less than 6 band it is ok cause he needs less interaction in English with public/ employer. For teachers they demand better band.
It all depends on the occupation of applicant.

I think if you send the scores of your second attempt within 120 days period, it will be accepted, but after 120 days, they will not attach anything to your file. that is my opinion, may be I am wrong...

Again...If I apply for another IELTS and send it....will they accept it or not?????

please help me...more advises>>>>>

I think u should attempt Ilets again, they will accept it,luckily london office is very slow so u have a advantage of it.may be u will get 7 bands.Good luck from my side :)

any other advise????? please do u advise to reapply the IELTS with high marks??

My dear do as you have been advised. there is no harm in giving it a try. write another ielts aand when the result it out and its better than the previous one, send it to the Visa Office and it will be included in your file. Best of luck

Hi

I sent u a msg to explain my situation....Iam 4131 with low IELTS marks.......If I applied for another exam and send it to London office....Will he accept it and evaluate my case according to the new IELTS exam's mark???

please help

It the evaluation isn't completed yet & the VO hasn't taken a conclusive decision till date - YES, he'd reAssess u with the new IELTS score.

Dear Louay,

My friend, why are u so exhausted and tired? Come to your senses and thank God for everything that he has given to you. There are many people in the world.. poor, deprived, under privileged, with deadly deceases, bankrupt still many of them continue living and thanking God for what they have.

Sorry for these comments but what we (you, me and everyone) have to do is thank God for what we have.

“ If you complain you will remain if you praise you will be raised” (source-internet)

So don’t get discouraged, try again and thank God that you are at least eligible to apply for Canada PR …. millions are there who are not even eligible to apply… your positive side, isn’t it?

Whatever I have said above, is applicable to me also.

@qoraz and other senior...want to know one information ...like my wife is a lecturer and she got 6.5 band in IELTS ..is their any problem or its ok ...like in some case i found they need good band for teaching line ...please advice

Now before anything, what was your likely score before your IELTS? Are you up to 67?

What is your occupation?

its very interesting as well as funny to know that most of the cases that were rejected for code 4131! is it true for that category only? i would be grateful if you please add a link here. i read a serious case such as alnr from Singapore visa office where many issues were related and IELTS score was among them. but it is for sure that he defended this language benchmark question by the VO and he, most probably gut a good response for medical. i guess there were many points of consideration. it is not a good idea that a non native PR candidate will hunt a teaching job in canada overnight with an IELTS score only ! even when you think of a professor in Canadian university or college teacher as a fresh applicant or permanent resident applicant, you will be able to realize the language proficiency levels we require for a canadian teaching positions at hand.
its my idea not a suggestion
