Kindly advise whether I am eligible for Canada PR.

Age - 48 and married, 20 years worked in Middle East, Masters in Finance (Canada equivalency Four year of Bachelor and One year of graduate study)

I checked and my CRS score is 270 only since no points for age.
Can you kindly suggest any MBA or Master program (distance education approved in ECA Canada since I am in Dubai) to improve my score. Or is any other way I can get PR?
