I am at the stage to send send my application to visa office buffalo.When I applied to CIC sydney, I mentioned "high proficiency in English", I just got my IELTS score and band is MODERATE. With Moderate score still my ponits will be 68.So now problem is what should i need to mentioned in form to submit to buffalo, should i mentioned high proficiency in english as applied to CIC sydney or should i mentioned moderate.i have 10 days left to submit my document.Still in dilemma .

could you advice what to do guys.

It is not a problem at all just mention the actual level you got based on the IELTS score, and everything is fine.

If you would like to do so, it does not hurt, however, if you write or not, they are going to match your IELTS score with the level of proficiency to grant you the exact points, regardless what was written by you in the application.

Do not worry, there is no misrepresentation considerations at all in this matter, so it is up to you if you would like to send them an explanation letter in that regard or not.
